Soap petals

This could fit in a couple forums; I decided to post it here!

I'm making a bath/pampering/indulgence basket as a gift for a friend.  One of the items I'll include is "soap petals."  These are a novelty item, and simple to make.

Supplies: Artificial flower petals
Melt-and-pour soap (avail at craft stores)
             Scissors
             Waxed paper

Cut apart flower petals if you wish to.  Melt soap.  Dip petals into soap.  Set on wax paper and allow to dry.  Package as you wish - I found a little ceramic pot at Reuse-It Centre in Hamilton, ON that I'm going to fill with petals and include with the basket.

RE: Soap petals

Hi, Kristina - It's 3335 North Service Road.  You probably couldn't find it b/c when I posted this I used an incorrect name - the proper name is the Reuse Centre.  And Google is saying the address proper is Burlington.  Hope this helps!
