Hi, I am a newly retired 57 yr. old with a tiny pension so I am trying to"contribute " by saving money and being frugal.
We spent approx. $400 a month on groceries last year and there is only 2 adults, I small dog and two cats. That didn't count the meals and snacks out ,but it did include the big Xmas shopping.
We live in a fixer-upper in Victoria on Vancouver Island.
Went for a quick trip to Mexico this Spring, fell in love with it and are planning to return for a month this Fall!!!
I am looking forward to learning all your tricks and enjoy reading the various posts. Keep on being frugal, I am Scottish after all so it should come easy!! Cheers, Roz
