Steve here, and I am new to this so I'm still not quite sure what I'm doing.  Am I the only male on this site, and if so, am I welcome here or should I move on and look elsewhere?

I'm middle-aged, retired because of illness, and am on a very tight budget.  I'm just looking for some ordinary ways to try to get along and save some money.

Well, it is a discussion forum. So you can post messages in different topics
(forums). The rest depends on the users. More active they are the better the forum is. You can also talk to other members using PM (private messages).

I remember when my girls were about your two childrens age, they grow up so fast. Just think, your new little bundle of joy will be arriving in about 4 months and a bit!
